A
Boy
&
his
Angel
The boy & his Angel tread light
while others heavy, plod.
The boy with his Angel
rise & fall with each path trod.
Heart to heart, mind to eye,
both lead taking turn.
The boy with his Angel, stumbles still
- though with help, each learn.
Inseparable, the boy with his Angel
at thirty years plus,
extricates himself from a life
devoid of fullfillment & trust.
His Angel supports & crystallises
even the air he breathes when sick.
Casting aside all priority;
could two humans bond this thick!
The boy & his angel come to state;
of simple understanding
that cerebral rise to wisdom's side
is mental unhanding
of control; even though each has power
in the other's life.
It is altruistic consideration
- expected of man & wife.
Childhood is his; youth returns;
he lays claim to time's span.
An age sets his style,
fityish he is now the man.
The Angel extricates herself,
from his world & core.
The Boy with his Angel -
he needs not his Angel anymore!
The boy & his Angel sought each other,
knowing there was more
& surged forward expecting to solve
the riddle of life's chore.
The Man escallates timely,
as celestial power gives the nod.
They alternate - still loving;
as, the girl with her God.
